Several invited speakers have kindly agreed to present their work at BMSS ISO-SIG and at SIMSUG 2009. These 30 minute-long presentations will form the backbone of each programme to be supported by your original communications.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS for BMSS ISO-SIG and SIMSUG 2009

For original communications, we are using an abstract form to facilitate abstract submission to either meeting.  Please download the appropriate Word file, complete it and save it with a unique file name (such as, presenter's name and date). To submit the abstract, imply attach it to a message sent to the appropriate e-mail addresss below.

The abstract form allows you to select an oral or poster presentation and to indicate if it is to be presented by a registered postgraduate student who wishes to be considered for a student prize. Oral presentations will last 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for questions: oral presenters please ensure that your talks are in Powerpoint 2003 format or earlier. Poster presentations should be sized to A0, portrait format (1189 mm high × 841 mm wide).

We have imposed a submission deadline of Friday 19th December, but please submit abstracts as soon as possible!  Delegates submitting late abstracts for oral presentation may be asked to present posters.
